Google and Docker – A Sign of a Strong Future
The Google cloud product is gaining momentum with organizations and individuals, so the addition of Docker support in the Google cloud platform is a sign of the importance of Docker and its container virtualization system.
We should be seeing more integration with Docker into Google, as well as its biggest competitive target Amazon Web Services. As public cloud platforms race to create the largest menu of features, and drive their prices to new lows for wider customer adoption, Docker looks to be a key part of the journey towards broad public cloud growth.
